Q1: What payment methods can I use to pay?
We accept Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master, American Express and more...), Alipay (China) and PayPal.
All prices and payments are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), should you use a foreign currency to complete your payment, an exchange conversion and relevant charges may be applied by your bank.
Please ensure your bank card has enabled the online payment function, as items will not be shipped until payment transaction has been cleared.
For payments via PayPal, if the payment transaction is success, your browser will automatically redirect you back to our website and our Order Confirmation Page will be shown on screen.
Q2: What will happen after I completed payment for my order?
Once your order payment is completed, you will see the following Order Confirmation Page.
You will also receive an order confirmation email to the email address that you have provided
For new customers, our Order Confirmation email may be filtered to your mailbox Spam folder, please do check there and add our email to your contact list so you will not miss out important emails from us.
If you have any difficulties when placing an order or do not receive any email regarding order confirmation, please contact us, we will be happy to assist you.
Q3: I'm from Overseas, can I still buy?
Yes! We gladly accepts orders from around the World. Please note that our Bespoke and Ready-to-wear products may have different delivery charge and/or lead time. For more information please refer to specific product details or contact us.
Q4: Can I checkout via Offline Payment?
Ready-to-wear products: Only Online Electronic Payments will be accepted.
Bespoke products: Yes, we accept both Online Electronic Payments or Offline Payment during or after the scheduled styling/ fitting appointment consultation with you.
